Terms of Service
Terms, billing and refunds, AI model disclosure, and acceptable use for Roblox Shirt Maker
2026/10/07
Introduction
These Terms govern your use of Roblox Shirt Maker at rbxshirtmaker.com, including its clothing editor and UGC Creator. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy below. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. This is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox or the AI model providers.
Use of Services
Services are provided "as is" and "as available". AI outputs can be inaccurate, unsuitable or similar to other content. You must review your designs before using or publishing them. Generation does not guarantee acceptance by Roblox, intellectual property clearance or commercial suitability. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
User Accounts
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and remain responsible for activity under your account. Do not share accounts to evade usage limits, restrictions or enforcement.
AI Models and Providers
Our AI features produce AI-generated content using the following underlying models:
- Clothing designs and accessory concept images: OpenAI GPT Image 2, accessed through KIE AI. The provider uses
gpt-image-2-text-to-imagefor text prompts andgpt-image-2-image-to-imagewhen reference images are supplied. - 3D accessory models: Tripo P2 by Tripo AI, accessed through fal.ai, using
tripo3d/p2/text-to-3dortripo3d/p2/image-to-3daccording to whether a reference image is supplied.
Manual editing, fitting, previews and downloads do not themselves run an AI model. Prompts and relevant reference images are sent to the provider for the requested generation. We update this disclosure when the models used by these features change.
Billing and Refund Policy
Purchases and credits
Subscriptions and one-time credit packs are available through Waffo Pancake, our payment provider and merchant of record. Applicable prices, credits, billing periods and any taxes are displayed before checkout. Manual editing, previews and downloads do not consume generation credits. A successful clothing or concept generation uses 60 credits; a successful 3D model generation uses 2,200 credits.
Cash refund eligibility
Ordinary subscription or credit-pack purchases are non-refundable for change of mind, unused credits or dissatisfaction with a successfully delivered AI result, except where applicable law requires otherwise. There is no self-service cash refund button. You may request review of a duplicate charge, a charged purchase that was not delivered, or a refund required by applicable law. We investigate these requests and refund confirmed eligible charges. Subscription cancellation and a cash refund are separate matters; contact support about stopping future billing.
Mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal or cancellation rights, remain unaffected. We do not assume that digital delivery automatically waives such rights; any legally required consent or acknowledgment must be obtained at checkout.
How to request a refund
Email support@rbxshirtmaker.com from your account email with the subject "Refund request". Include the order or transaction ID, purchase date, charged amount and currency, and the reason for your request. Never send passwords or full payment card details.
We review requests and communicate a decision within 7 business days of receiving the information needed to verify the charge. If additional investigation is needed, we explain the reason and expected next step. Approved refunds are initiated through the payment provider to the original payment method; receipt typically takes 5–10 business days after initiation, depending on the payment provider and bank. If the original method cannot receive the refund, support will explain the provider's available alternative. Shorter mandatory legal deadlines take precedence.
Failed AI generations
A generation that reaches a confirmed failed state automatically releases reserved credits or returns deducted credits. This is a credit return, not a cash refund. A task still processing or awaiting provider confirmation must be resolved before its final settlement; an uncertain submission is not charged twice by resubmitting it. If the task shows failed but your credits have not returned, email support with its task ID. A successfully delivered result does not automatically qualify for a credit return because you dislike the design.
Subscription periods and credit expiry
Monthly subscriptions bill monthly and annual subscriptions bill the displayed annual total, with automatic renewal until canceled according to the checkout terms. Annual subscription credits are issued monthly in 12 batches rather than all at once. Each subscription credit batch expires after 30 days; one-time credit-pack credits do not expire. Refund, renewal and cancellation information is shown before purchase. To request cancellation of future billing, contact support; this site has no self-service subscription cancellation control. Cancellation does not automatically refund past charges.
Intellectual Property and User Content
Our website's original content, features and functionality are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain your rights in content you upload and give us the permission needed to process, store and display it to provide the requested service and handle safety or support issues. Upload only material you have permission to use. AI output is not guaranteed to be unique or eligible for copyright protection. You are responsible for clearing any rights needed to use or publish your designs.
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
This policy applies to prompts, uploaded references, revisions, generated images, clothing textures and 3D assets, and to attempts to generate prohibited content even when no output is produced.
Content Standards and Prohibited Categories
You must not request, upload, generate, distribute or use the service for any of these categories:
- Pornography and NSFW: sexually explicit material, sexual acts, fetish content or sexualized nudity, including sexualized clothing or avatar designs.
- Violence and gore: violent or gory imagery, including injury, mutilation or torture, or content that promotes or facilitates violence, terrorism or self-harm.
- Hate speech: content attacking or dehumanizing people based on protected characteristics, discriminatory abuse, hateful symbols or promotion of hate groups.
- Child-unsafe content and CSAM: any child sexual abuse material, sexualization or exploitation of minors, grooming, or depictions of abuse or endangerment of children. This includes synthetic images and fictional or avatar depictions. There are no exceptions for claimed artistic purpose or consent.
- Deepfakes and impersonation: deceptive impersonation of real people or organizations, unauthorized use of someone's likeness, fabricated endorsements, or non-consensual intimate images. Do not present AI output as authentic evidence of a real person's actions.
- Copyright and trademark infringement: unauthorized copies of protected artwork, clothing designs, logos or characters; counterfeit branding; or designs that infringe others' intellectual property. Only use reference material and marks you are entitled to use.
You must also not distribute malware, commit fraud, access accounts or systems without authorization, evade account restrictions, or bypass model safety controls. Obfuscating prohibited instructions or using uploaded images to circumvent safeguards is prohibited.
Content Moderation
We run a separate automated content check using Google Gemini 2.5 Flash-Lite through OpenRouter before submitting a new AI generation. It examines the original prompt, editable revision instructions and uploaded references before a new task, provider upload or credit reservation is created. Only an explicit approval proceeds. A rejected, uncertain or unavailable check stops the request without generation credit consumption; we do not use another generation model to bypass that decision.
Before delivering a new AI generation result, we check the actual generated images. For generated 3D files, the check covers embedded image textures and provider preview images when available; it is not a complete geometric inspection or Roblox certification. Files without inspectable embedded textures are not delivered. Results that fail or cannot complete the safety check are withheld, and reserved or deducted generation credits are returned through the existing failed-task settlement. Manual drawing, fitting and local file exports are not AI generation checks.
We retain decision records with the policy version and task identifiers, rather than copying prompts or images into moderation logs. Support maintains the screening policy and its examples following reports, provider policy changes and regular monthly reviews. These checks are probabilistic and may miss violations or reject permitted material; they do not guarantee safety, intellectual property clearance or permission to publish.
Support reviews content reports and appeals using relevant task information and evidence, and may request clarification. Automated uncertainty is not automatically approved while waiting for support. You remain responsible for this policy and Roblox's publication rules.
Reporting Violations
Users and rights holders can report suspected violations to support@rbxshirtmaker.com, using the subject "Content report". Include the task ID or relevant page URL, the suspected policy violation and enough context to locate it. For an intellectual property complaint, identify the protected work or trademark and your relationship to the rights holder.
Do not download, copy or attach suspected CSAM to a report; provide identifiers and a description instead. Mark urgent child-safety or imminent-harm reports clearly. If someone faces immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services. We prioritize serious safety reports and use reporter information only as needed for review, legal obligations and preventing abuse. Knowingly malicious reports may result in restrictions.
Enforcement and Appeals
Depending on severity, repetition and available evidence, we may issue a warning, remove or restrict access to violating content we control, suspend an account, permanently ban an account, seek available legal remedies, or report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities where required. Serious child-safety violations or credible threats may result in immediate suspension without advance notice. We cannot remove copies you publish on third-party services.
Where legally and practically possible, we explain the reason for enforcement. To appeal, email support@rbxshirtmaker.com with the subject "Content appeal", your account email, the task or decision identifier and why you believe the decision was incorrect. Support reviews the available evidence and communicates the result; restrictions may remain in place during review. Enforcement does not remove statutory consumer or data rights, and refund requests remain governed by the refund policy above.
Termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security threats or legal obligations. Account deletion does not itself request a cash refund; contact support about any billing issue separately.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the service. This does not limit liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and will post the updated version and date here. Material changes will be communicated through the service or your account email where appropriate.
